What to expect in the recruiting process.

Profile
Our recruiters gain a deep understanding of our candidates. We spend time with them to understand their personal and professional motivations. This allows us to create a profile of the candidate and expedite the placement process. A candidate profile provides an understanding of what the candidate desires in a new position and just as importantly what positions they will not have an interest in.

Presentation
After completing the candidate profile, our recruiters present the candidate with available positions that best meet their needs. Once a potential match has been identified we help set up the interview and coordinate any pre- and post-interview activities to ensure complete clarity.

Acceptance
When a match has been made, our recruiters work with the candidate and client to ensure clarity on pay, schedule, and other potential employment items. We are not afraid to have tough conversations to ensure the candidate and the client can focus on care for the patients in the communities they serve.

Onboarding
We continue to communicate with candidates and clients after an offer is signed to ensure all credentialing and privileging items are completed. In addition, we can help with coordinating relocation and provide housing options if needed.
