John M. Gallagher, MBA/MHA, FACHE, is a senior healthcare industry executive and Chief Executive Officer, experienced in leading both non-profit and for-profit hospitals and systems. He has been a healthcare executive for over 20 years. His expertise includes extensive experience in the areas of healthcare consulting, strategic planning, setting organizational mission, vision and values, mergers and acquisitions, hospital turnarounds and restructuring, board relations, hospital and system governance, and community relations. He is an expert in establishing innovative ways to work through difficult industry complexities and to build and sustain hospital growth, delivery, and operations focused on community and patient needs.

In 2017, Mr. Gallagher founded Ascentia Health, a hospital and healthcare management company. The company provides Hospital and Health System Management and Consulting, Interim Leadership Placement, Physician and Mid-Level Recruitment Services, Nursing and Allied Health Staffing and Recruitment, IT Products and Support, Revenue Cycle Support and Community Health Needs Assessment Services.

Mr. Gallagher is FACHE credentialed from the American College of Healthcare Executives. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, and holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.


Cary Rowan is a skilled healthcare finance executive with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Rowan has a comprehensive understanding of hospital financial operations, including financial management, revenue cycle management, managing care negotiations and financial planning and analysis.  As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Sunnyside Community Hospital and Clinics Care, Mr. Rowen was responsible for overseeing hospital and clinic renovations, negotiating managed care and Medicaid contract agreements, helping to improve benefit packages, increasing revenue, and bringing the operations to fiscal stability and strength.

Mr. Rowen’s previous experience includes leading numerous healthcare facility turnarounds including both for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals and hospital systems.  Prior to serving as CFO for Sunnyside Community Hospitals and Clinics Care, Mr. Rowan was the Assistant Vice President for HealthTech Management Service/Brim Healthcare where he was responsible for overseeing financial operations for seven to fourteen managed nonprofit or governmental hospitals in Nashville, TN.  Additionally, he served as Regional CFO for hospital systems in Denton, TX.  Previous, Mr. Rowan was the CFO of Northeastern Regional Hospital in Las Vegas, NM and served as Controller at Desert Springs Hospital in Las Vegas as well as with several HCA hospitals. 

Mr. Rowan received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Northeastern State University and a Master’s from the University of North Texas. Mr. Rowan and his wife enjoy the ample outdoor recreation provided by Central Washington’s sunshine.


Bill Tracewell graduated from Texas A&M University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. After serving as a regional sales manager for a motor oil company, he joined a startup healthcare staffing company, The Delta Companies, in 2001 as one of the original partners. During his tenure at The Delta Companies, Mr. Tracewell served in various roles. In 2006, he was tasked with starting the Allied Healthcare Division, which grew to staff over 300 therapists across the United States under his leadership. After serving as Executive Vice President of the Allied Healthcare Division, Mr. Tracewell was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and then to Chief Executive Officer. During his time as Chief Executive Officer, the company grew to over 250 internal employees while staffing over 500 medical providers. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jenny and their three wonderful children.
